When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon (12:00pm) EST ship that same day unless otherwise noted.

If you’ve missed the order deadline and really need your order shipped that same day, please include a note in your order or email and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Miami-Dade Same-Day Delivery: We offer free same-day delivery Monday - Friday on most orders placed before noon! If you need something fast, please note this in the order notes section at checkout or shoot us an email after placing your order.

What is your shipping method?

We offer free ground shipping via UPS for U.S. Domestic orders. You can upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery at the rates provided at checkout.

International orders ship via UPS or USPS, rates vary based on destination. You can review delivery rates and options at checkout.

I just placed an order but have a change to make.

Please email us as soon as possible so that we can make the change to your order. If your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to accommodate you. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address you may have entered.

 What size should I order?

We know it's tough -- every designer and style runs differently. We're happy to help you figure out the size that would fit you best. Shoot us an email to or just use the "Ask us a question" form located on each product detail page. We can assist you via email or hop on the phone to chat through it.

How do I return or exchange an item?

While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that it's not always a match made in heaven. For that reason, we include a return shipping label in all domestic (U.S.) orders.

Orders are eligible for a full refund if returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If you aren't completely happy with your order and would like to make a return, please be sure you meet the following:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
  • "Final Sale" purchases are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sorry, at this time we do not offer free returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If you are located outside the U.S. we ask that you ship your item back to us via a trackable and insured shipping method.

What happens once I've shipped back my returned item?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item and let you know the status of approval.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed straight away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

I still haven't received my refund -- when will I get it?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card/bank account again. (Be sure you are checking the account that you used to purchase the item). Then, contact your credit card company or bank -- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.(processing time varies).
