Since each designer has their own sizing, we do our best to describe the fit of every item. To help you make the best size selection, we ask that you contact us. We are happy to provide item measurements, additional details and recommend the right size for you.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00pm EST ship that same day unless otherwise noted. We know you want your order fast!

If you’ve missed the order deadline and really need your order shipped that same day, please include a note in your order or email hello@ALIZEH.co and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

In Miami? We offer free same-day delivery Monday - Friday on most orders placed before noon! If you need something fast, please note this in the order notes section at checkout.

Orders are eligible for a full refund if returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If you aren't completely happy with your order and would like to make a return, please be sure you meet the following:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
• "Final Sale" purchases are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We provide a return shipping label on all U.S. domestic purchases to make your return or exchange as easy as possible. Sorry, at this time we do not offer free returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If you are located outside the U.S. we ask that you ship your item back to us via a trackable and insured shipping method.
